Vikash is a brilliant student

Vikash Kumar, Son of Mahendra Manjhi
Dear Mike, Anmol, Srikanth, Sumit, Microsoft, Goffredo, and Lesley,

Thank you for coming together to support Vikash!

Vikash is ten years old and both his parents, Mahendra and Rita, are illiterate landless laborers living about 50 kilometers from Patna, India. Vikash has one brother and one sister, both of whom are younger than him. Vikash joined the Shoshit Samadhan Kendra school, a fully free English medium residential school, in 2009 and enrolled in the pre-school class. Since then, he has shown great promise in his studies. Vikash is now in class III and at this tender age he has shown a remarkable disposition for studies. Though he has a long road to travel, he certainly deserves the opportunity that he has been given to excel in life.

Vikash’s tuition and clothing and medical care has been gifted by SeeYourImapct supporters for the last two years, and thanks to your donation, he will be able to attend school for one more year.

During the last academic year, Vikash did his supporters proud by scoring overall marks of 87%, with an “A” grade in English, Maths, Science and Social Studies.

Thank you all for your support.
