Thank you for helping Kundan break the cycle of poverty.

Kundan is 10 years old. His parents live in a slum in the out-skirts of Patna, the capital city of Bihar. One look at their hut alone tells of the obstacles Kundan must overcome. Kundan’s father is a casual laborer and is also addicted to country liquor. This addiction takes away a significant percentage of what he earns as a laborer, leaving little for Kundan’s future.

Kundan Kumar is presently in class III and has been at the school for two years now. He is a bright student and for him, life has a completely new meaning now. The marks obtained by him in class I and class II are given below –
