Another year of school for little Vikash!

Vikash Kumar is nine years old and is one of five children.

Both his parents are illiterate casual laborers. They live in a slum within the city of Patna.

The family lives well below the poverty line and the father could not even think of giving proper education to his children. For Vikash, admission to the school run by Shoshit Seva Sangh is a dream come true.

Vikash has been in the school for two years and is doing extremely well by scoring over 90% in all his subjects.

Thanks to a generous donor, Vikash received a full year of clothing and medical care, two months ago.

And now with your kind donations, David, Rajeev, Molly, David, Ray and Lael, Bill, Katherine, Peter, Elizabeth, Cindy and Daniel, Cindy and Craig, Vikash’s tuition for an entire year has been taken care of.
