Rohit looks forward to the future
Ten year old Rohit Kumar lives in a slum in Digha Halt in Patna. Rohit’s father is a landless laborer and his mother is a housewife. With five children, they have only known extreme poverty and hopelessness. Rohit has shown determination to succeed. His progress in academics is indeed commendable.
During the last academic year, thanks to the previous support from donors on SeeYourImpact, Rohit’s tuition and clothing and medical care was sponsored for a full year.
Last year in Grade three, Rohit secured an overall 64.6% scoring, 60/100 in English, 56/100 in Hindi, 82/100 in Maths, 80/100 in Science and 76/100 in Social Studies.
Your donations of a month of tuition each, Praveen (x2), Salil (x2), Shari, Akiko (x2), Jen, Ron, Craig, James, and Jeffrey, enable Rohit to continue his studies in grade four.
